Utilizing state-of-the-art suspension software, we laid out a high-performance suspension system for a three-wheel vehicle based on formula one technology.
With superior handling as the top priority, the Center of Gravity (CG) was placed low and equally split between the three wheels.
Kingpin inclination, camber, caster, roll center height, trail, scrub radius, toe, and other parameters were all optimized for racing performance.
We designed and built a precision welding fixture and a prototype main frame and swing arm. We built an alpha prototype vehicle for testing and development purposes.
We were awarded a U.S. design patent for the novel design.
