We were engaged by an outfit that was seeking government funding to develop an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) resistant military vehicle concept. After consulting with potential customers in the special op’s community and our client, we put together a 2 passenger tandem seating concept.

It employed a wedge shaped armored kevlar cockpit that was designed to deflect the energy from an IED blast around the vehicle’s occupants. We provided both hand drawn and CAD generated renderings along with simple engineering drawings for presentation purposes.
