We developed a modular electric generator driven by wave energy.

The system had to be rugged enough to handle the large forces that 20’ plus waves generate and able to withstand the extreme environment under the ocean surface.

We implemented a torsion spring hidden inside the pivot tube in order to avoid marine fouling and handle millions of cycles.

The mounting scheme allowed multiple modules to be attached together and anchored to the ocean floor.
